Made 5 tubes to fit around each of my fingers, joined 4, crocheted around until it reached the start of my thumb, joined in my thumb, just increased and decreased as it seemed appropriate. I think it'd have to be redesigned for whomever wanted one -- the size really makes a difference from one person to another.
